Yesterday was tenant rep lunch at Wildfire.  Hollick Shiaz Carbernet Sauvignon is one of the red Brad chose.

Hollick is a family run winery at Coonawarra, couldn't remember whether I visited them on my wine tour back in 07 xmas. 

This blended shiraz is classic representative of Coonawarra wine - elegent and smooth.  Unlike Barossa's powerful, full-on red, Coonawarra's cooler weather has cultivate a different style - 内敛，纤细。如果说Barossa的shiraz是大家闺秀，那么Coonawarra的cabernet sauvignon就是小家碧玉了。如果说Barossa的shiraz是西方热情、开放的女孩子，那么Coonawarra的cabernet sauvignon就是一定是东方温柔、含蓄的长发美女。

Remember when I first came to Aust, Uncle Si told me if you wanna drink red wine, buy wine from Coonawarra, it won't go wrong.  After trying so many Coonawarra wines these years, although some are not as good as expected, uncle's word still stands today.
